France 3 report: the FFB 53 on running meetings with Gilbert

France 3 Pays de la Loire gave us a lovely surprise: a report titled "At 22, they built Gilbert, an AI that simplifies meetings and is recommended by the government". Beyond the team, what moved us most was the space given to a customer: the FFB 53, the Mayenne branch of the French Building Federation.

The report by France 3 Pays de la Loire. Commentary in French.

What the field says

A professional federation lives to the rhythm of its governing bodies: committees, boards, general meetings, branch meetings. Each one produces decisions that commit the organisation, and therefore minutes that must be written, approved and circulated. That is exactly the daily reality the FFB 53 describes in the report.

Their verdict fits in one sentence, the one we put on our home page:

"Yes, that is the word. A revolution."

No spectacular metric, no marketing promise: a user noting that the chore of writing has disappeared, and that the minutes are ready the same day, structured, faithful to the vocabulary of the construction industry.

Why this report matters to us

First because it shows Gilbert where it is useful: in the field, inside a real organisation, not in a demo. Then because it recalls our recognition by the French state. Gilbert was selected by the "Sphère Publique" public-sector AI programme run by the French digital agency and the Directorate-General for Enterprise, which the report's title sums up as "recommended by the government".

Finally because this use case illustrates our founding conviction: professional conversations are an asset. Capturing them in one click, turning them into a deliverable and hosting them in France makes that asset usable without ever exposing it.

The same need, across construction

Site meetings, progress reviews, health and safety committees, handovers: construction produces binding decisions at every meeting, often in conditions where nobody has time to write. We documented that use case in detail, with method, templates and examples, on our dedicated page: Gilbert for construction and site meetings (in French).
