Transcription tools produce raw text nobody can use. Gilbert understands your professional vocabulary, identifies who is speaking, and produces structured write-ups with decisions, action items and owners, ready to send. That is the difference between a transcript and a deliverable.
Why does Gilbert understand French better than the others?
Our speech recognition engines were trained specifically for French and its accents, reaching 98.2% accuracy. Legal, financial, medical or technical vocabulary: Gilbert natively recognises the jargon that US solutions fail to transcribe.
What about the security of my data?
It is our obsession. Fully French infrastructure (OVHcloud, SecNumCloud certified) and proprietary AI models. No data passes through OpenAI, Google or AWS. GDPR compliant by design. Your data is never used to train models.

With Gilbert Pro you shape your deliverables through the knowledge base and the Dictionary (up to 100 words per user). For bespoke templates, a CRM integration and a model tuned to your teams: Gilbert Business.
How much does it cost? Is there a commitment?
No commitment at all. The Discovery plan is free: 120 minutes a month, no card required. Gilbert Pro: €24.90/month, or €19.90/month billed annually (-20%). Gilbert Business: €49.90/month, or €39.90/month billed annually. Cancel whenever you like.
How does Gilbert work for meeting write-ups?
You install the app (desktop or mobile), launch it, and focus on the conversation. No bot joining the call, no plugin. Gilbert captures the audio in the background and delivers a structured write-up two minutes later.
How does the Gilbert Dictionary work?
Every user gets a personal Dictionary: up to 100 entries (proper nouns, acronyms, professional terms) that Gilbert prioritises during transcription, so it matches your organisation.
What about the energy footprint of AI?
Gilbert runs on compact, specialised models (SLMs) that need far less compute than large general-purpose models, hosted in France. We work continuously on the frugality and explainability of our models: our
