Open the downloaded file
Double-click the .dmg in your Downloads folder.
Drag Gilbert into Applications
In the window that opens, drop the Gilbert icon onto the Applications folder.
Launch Gilbert
From Applications or Spotlight. The app is notarised by Apple: no warning.
